Children’s Section

The Children’s Section provides a safe environment to all children for learning and play. The library is free however you are required to have a membership card in order to borrow books. Children are only allowed to borrow two (2) books for two weeks. Parents are encouraged to participate in library activities so as to help guide their children and impart the desire to acquire knowledge in them.

  1. No noise. Please conduct your work quietly in the library
  2. No eating or chewing gum in the library
  3. No tearing or writing in library books
  4. Ask for books and games from the librarian
  5. Do not unpack books and attempt to re-shelve them
  6. You are not allowed to watch music videos on the computers
  7. You are not allowed to go to other sections in the library unless when asked to

  1. Fill in a form at the circulation desk
  2. Bring a copy of the childs’ birth certificate
  3. The signature of a parent/ guardian
